These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and WISCE Technologies Ltd. ("WISCE", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the WISCE Wallet application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you accept these Terms in full.
WISCE Wallet is a non-custodial software application that enables users to:
Non-Custodial Disclaimer: WISCE does not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets at any time. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your recovery phrase.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use WISCE Wallet. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Service by applicable law.
WISCE reserves the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Your 12 or 24-word seed phrase is the master key to your wallet. You are solely responsible for:
WISCE cannot recover lost seed phrases. Lost seed phrase = lost funds. No exceptions.
You agree not to use WISCE Wallet to:
WISCE does not charge custody fees. However, blockchain transactions require network fees ("gas fees") paid to blockchain validators — these are set by the network, not WISCE.
Certain features such as swaps or third-party integrations may include small service fees, which will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
WISCE integrates with third-party protocols, DEX aggregators, staking providers, and dApps. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. WISCE is not responsible for the performance, security, or legality of third-party services. Use them at your own risk.
Cryptocurrency is volatile. The value of digital assets can increase or decrease dramatically in short periods. Regulatory changes, technical vulnerabilities, and market forces may result in partial or total loss of value. Only invest what you can afford to lose.
WISCE is not a financial advisor. Nothing in our software, website, or communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
The WISCE Wallet application, logo, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property are owned by WISCE Technologies Ltd. The core security layer is open-source under the MIT License. All other components are proprietary.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes.
WISCE Wallet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISCE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
WISCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, arising from your use of the Service — even if WISCE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WISCE Technologies Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Washington, D.C., except where prohibited by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
